What to expect for delivery?

Before delivery - Flat Resting Surface

We recommend a clear space for the Hot Tub to sit on. Do not rest on grass or dirt. Crushed gravel, river rock, cement, wooden deck, and/or pavers would make for good resting surfaces.

Delivery Day

A 26ft Box Truck will deliver a wooden crate of 74" x 74" x 40" L x W x H at the beginning of your curbside using a Liftgate.

The crate will contain the Cedar Hot Tub and all the accessories ordered along with it inside.

How do you move it to the backyard?

You have to remove all the accessories from inside the tub, and then the empty tub will weigh about 200lbs, which makes it possible to be moved in 2 friends and a breeze to be moved in 3 friends. (We do this daily)
